What Is Splenda?

It’s late.

4 am to be exact.

Long day.

Not hard, but long.

Teaching was awesome.

We made cookie maps of Israel.

Let me explain.

The cookie dough was rolled out and a cut out map of Israel was plaved above it.

Then, using a plastic knife, we cut out Israel.

The dead sea was colored with coconut (get it …salt), the Kinneret was made of blue sugar and the cities were Hershey Kisses.

Guess what?

By the time my map was done, you would have thought that there was only one city in Israel.

Then football.

Then nap.

More football.

Now it’s late.

Something is bothering me though.

It is one of life’s mysteries.

What exactly is Splenda?

I cannot figure it out.

Supposedly it’s sugar.

But it’s not.

They do something to it.

Does anyone know what?

Is it safe?

Why can’t I just use Sweet and Low?

Hmmmm.

I’ll just sleep on it.
